John, The Baptizer, was chosen by God to receive His Holy Spirit, while in his mother’s womb:

[15] For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, EVEN FROM HIS MOTHER’S WOMB.

“For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and he will drink no wine or liquor; and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit, WHILE YET IN his mother’s womb.

…And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost: [42] And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb. [43] And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? [44] For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy. [45] And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.
Samson was chosen by God as a “nazarite” (a special vow found in The Law- Numbers 6:2) WHILE IN his mother’s womb… For him, God had sanctified it a LIFE-LONG vow:

And the angel of The LORD appeared unto the woman, and said unto her, Behold now, thou art barren, and bearest not: but thou shalt conceive, and bear a son. [4] NOW therefore beware, I pray thee, and drink not wine nor strong drink, and eat not any unclean thing: [5] FOR, LO, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and no razor shall come on his head: FOR the child shall be a Nazarite unto God FROM THE WOMB: and he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the Philistines.
If God recognizes HIS chosen ones- and grants to them HIS Spirit, or, as in Samson’s case, places a vow upon their head BEFORE THEY ARE BORN- then we can clearly see that GOD Himself recognizes them as A HUMAN LIFE WHILE BEING IN THE WOMB.

Then the word of The LORD came unto me, saying, [5] BEFORE I FORMED THEE IN THE BELLY I knew thee; AND BEFORE THOU CAMEST FORTH OUT OF THE WOMB I SANCTIFIED THEE, AND I ORDAINED THEE A PROPHET unto the nations.
Notice God’s words – “…I formed you in the belly…”
God forms the human life in the belly (womb). This is where He as creator gives life.
Isaiah 44:2 (KJV)
Thus saith the Lord that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen.
God is so great that even before He forms the life in the mother’s womb- He knows exactly who that person will be and what they will do with the life He gives to them:

Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
But, notice in these Scriptures the clear point God makes-
“…I formed you in the belly…”
If today’s prevailing perverted mindset toward human life (one that says “a fetus” is not a human life- that life does not begin at “conception”) were applied to the these generations of long ago- then we can see that THIS mindset would also be willing to put to death Samson, Jeremiah, John Baptist, and Jesus Christ. Each and every one of whom God recognized as Human LIFE AT “CONCEPTION”, or, “in the belly”, or “while in the womb”:

…But he said unto me, Behold, thou shalt CONCEIVE, and bear a son; AND NOW drink no wine nor strong drink, neither eat any unclean thing: for the child shall be a Nazarite to God from the womb to the day of his death.
The angel did not say, “and so, after eight weeks drink no wine”, nor “after three months…”, BUT what did He say- “AND NOW”- from the moment; the moment of conception- “drink no wine, nor strong drink…FOR THE CHILD shall be a Nazarite to God FROM THE WOMB TO THE DAY OF HIS DEATH”
In this passage we find the definition of a human life- as it is considered to be by God:
“FROM THE WOMB to the day of his death”
It is clear then, that according to the way that GOD looks at human life (and dictates in His Law), to “abort” a pregnancy is to abort a human life-i.e. to kill.
Notice The Law of God concerning the taking away of life– (killing another human life-form):

Thou SHALT NOT kill.
Notice how God applied THIS Law to an unborn child:
Exodus 21:22-23
If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that *her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman’s husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.
[23] And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life,
Notice “her fruit depart from her”, is mistranslated to “miscarriage” in the NASB. The translators of the NASB themselves acknowledge in the side notes that their use of “miscarriage” should be rendered “an untimely birth occurs” and also notes the more literal Hebrew translation is “her children come out”.
In other words this is not discussing an aborted baby at all. It is discussing a premature birth caused by the trauma inflicted on the woman’s body.
Notice how God says that IF the child in the womb were to suffer death from this situation (miscarriage from the woman being struck by a man fighting)- notice WHAT it was that God handed down as a punishment for the man that did the act- AND WHY:
“…THEN you shall appoint as a penalty LIFE FOR LIFE…”
THAT “unborn child” WAS a human life in God’s eyes- and as such God gives to it all the rights of God’s holy Law that are afforded to His creation of human life-forms.
We have seen that it is The Way of God that gives TO EVERY HUMAN LIFE the right to be born, and to continue in that life. While at the same time, it is God’s Ways that demand a punishment of death for any person who would “abort” (- ie. terminate/kill) that life- as with any other human life. It is THIS penalty for sin and wickedness that GOD will execute at His return upon anyone who would commit such deeds, and refuse to repent afterward.
God’s Word clearly reveals that the way of mankind-, when it does not follow HIS Word, is completely perverse (perverted and twisted).
It is this twisted perverse way that today gives “the right” to each women (a human-life) to decide whether they wish to give the right to live to the human-life that they carry inside them from conception… This perversion even goes out of its way so as to label the human life form a “fetus”, in order to soothe any prick of a conscience that might occur during the process of deciding about something so outrageously evil.
Yet again, in examining man’s ways compared to God’s ways, the choices for which path to follow should be clear to anyone:
* God’s Ways (“the law is holy”, “the commandment holy, and just, and good” Romans 7:12 )- ways of life, peach, and joy.
* Mankind’s ways (sin; “sin is the transgression of The Law” 1 John 3:4) – ways of perversion, destruction, and death.

There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My Ways, saith The LORD.
[9] For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My Ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.
“Abortion” is clearly A “SIN” AGAINST GOD (the creator of life)- and is considered by Him to be of such a cruel and inhumane crime as to be worthy of the death penalty, as shown in His Law.
THANKFULLY though (thanks to God), for those who have had “abortions” already, God still extends the offer of forgiveness and grace (a complete removal of guiltiness for sin)- just as there is for anyone who has committed any other form of sin against God. This Way is only possible through a decisive choice of the individual (the true “right to choose”)– BY CONFESSION TO GOD OF, “SIN AS EXCEEDINGLY SINFUL“, and by THE TURNING to follow God and HIS Ways, through the daily practice of repentance from that sin…

Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for SIN IS THE TRANSGRESSION OF The Law.
Yet, for those who will go on to consider “abortion” as an optional cure to an unwanted problem- (giving no heed to God’s Ways of life)- The Law of God itself will condemn that person in the last great day, that great day of judgment:

He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: THE WORD that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.
[49] For I have not spoken of myself; BUT THE FATHER WHICH SENT ME, HE GAVE ME A COMMANDMENT, WHAT I SHOULD SAY, and what I should speak. [50] And I KNOW THAT HIS COMMANDMENT IS LIFE EVERLASTING: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.

…In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: [9] Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; [10] When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.
When it comes to abortion- just as with any sin- to this day God still pleads with all to make the right choice (again, you have the true right to choose)-

[38] And Peter said to them, “REPENT, and let each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF YOUR SINS; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
[39] “For the promise is for you and your children, and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God shall call to Himself.”
[40] And with many other words he solemnly testified and kept on exhorting them, saying, “BE SAVED FROM THIS PERVERSE GENERATION!“
